CONSTRUCTION: The cabin is located in a resort community that is still growing so you may encounter construction during the work day. There may be some construction noise until surrounding cabins are completed. WILDLIFE: Our cabin is tucked away in the beautiful wilderness, so it’s normal to encounter some of our wildlife neighbors, like bears, while staying in the Smoky Mountains. Please be cautious and keep your distance—make sure your car windows are up, doors are locked, and food is safely stored (not left in your car or outside). You may also spot or hear some critters and insects during your stay. While we do our best with regular pest control treatments, you might still get a visit from anything with 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, or even 100+ legs—think millipedes, ladybugs, or even sneaky flying squirrels! To help keep them out, please close entry doors when not in use.

IDENTITY / RENTAL AGREEMENT: In order to book this cabin, your identity on the Airbnb booking platform must be verified (phone number, email, payment information and driver's license). You will be asked to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking else reservation will be cancelled. Signing the rental agreement is required to get the door access code. If the rental agreement is not signed, door access code will NOT be provided and reservation will be cancelled. ENTRY: Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET. Check out is at 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur. INTERNET/CABLE: Up to 400Mbps high speed wireless internet. Smart TVs throughout. Provide your own login for Netflix or other streaming services. BEDS: There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed which sleep two (2) adults. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed which sleeps two (2) adults. The loft has a day bed (twin size) for 1 person. Lastly, the movie room has a pull-out sofa bed (queen size) for two (2) persons. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine. LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided and located under the sink in the downstairs bathroom. AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Toiletries such as toothpaste and floss are not provided. TRASH: Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the side of the front porch by the parking spots. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups. HOT TUB: Private Hot Tub Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! GAMES: Pac-man arcade Billiard / ping-pong table Board games SECURITY: Ring Video Doorbell Camera next to front door facing the front porch and stairs Ring Security Camera mounted on the deck the cabin facing the back yard NO indoor cameras PETS: We do not allow pets at this time. SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking/vaping indoors REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters as well as power outages. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD,AWD and/or tire chains.
